My work is a vocation. I offer evidence-based care because I want to do what works and believe everyone deserves a gold standard of care. Cognitive-behavioral therapy is structured, active, and collaborative to foster resilience and flexibility. Negative emotions, unhelpful thoughts, and difficult situations are a part of life.  Ideally, these experiences are challenged, accepted, and managed in effective way. It is a privilege and joy to guide and witness others’ adaptation and growth.
